Tree Shopping

Thanksgiving weekend we went tree shopping at a local tree farm. This was a new farm for us but they have been in business for 25 years. It was a nice small farm that gave out free hot chocolate and donkey rides on a donkey named, "Molly".  After riding on the donkey that day, Miss A was able to relate to the story of Mary riding on a donkey to Bethlehem. When we were reading the Nativity story that night, I said, "You rode on a donkey today just like Mary." Then I read the next line about Joseph walking beside her and and she then said, "Just like Daddy walked beside me today!"
