18 Months Old...

Or a year and a half! That's Miss A's age now as of July 25th. Yes, this post is overdue but we were in La.
So here are the stats:
-Miss A can try to repeat things we say now if we ask her to say something which is really cute. Yesterday we asked her to say her name and it came out like "A-dee".
-She knows to look under furniture now if something has rolled under there. In the picture below, she was looking for a kitten:

-Her new thing she does when she sees a dog is to pant like one and then say "dough"...cats also get the word "dough".

-She will bring things to you when you ask her to bring you something.
-She says "whoa" when we say "whoa" and will also say "wow" when we say "wow".
-She can now wipe herself after she goes on the little potty-yay!
-She says "mwaa" when she gives us a kiss.
-She saw her first movie in Shreveport. We went to see a 10:00 a.m. showing of Kung Fu Panda with Ashley and her sons. The movie was only $1.00 per person so it was a deal! Here she is sitting in her booster seat at the movie:

-She has started dipping her food when she is at a restaurant. She learned how to do this at Monjuni's in Shreveport. She dipped her bread in the tomato sauce and loved it.
-She learned how to climb a ladder on the slide at Alan and Arien's house and loved sliding with her cousin, Nate. However, because the slide was so high, she did need a little help sliding down it.

-She has her 18 month appointment on Tuesday so I will update with her weight and height then.
She just woke up from a nap so I need to get going but it appears she has a very runny nose. I am thanking the good Lord for keeping her well before and during our entire trip. I can handle a runny nose now and thankfully her doctor's appointment is on Tuesday! :-)
